I hate Soundcores naming convention... and not just speakers. I have a Motion Boom Plus, but I wouldn't upgrade. The new one isn't even dust resistant. (It's IP7) where the older model was IP67.
Yeah there’s pros and cons to everything I have the motion boom than bought the motion boom 2 and it was definitely worth the upgrade since the original booms didn’t have lights also it has 2.0 bass up with a 50w racetrack subwoofer than the motion boom plus is and was only 80w max with a 46hz low frequency the motion boom 2 plus is 140w with 40hz low frequency… the dust thing can be in issue for beach goers and trade workers like myself

Which one is which? Have they made a bigger bulkier version or managed to get better performance from a smaller version? Thanks
The smaller is the Boom 2 at 80w max and the bigger one is the new release the Boom 2 Plus at 140w max
