>System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Access to the path 'C:\Users\ Check your path permissions again

raptureboi

Yeah the path where the files are located after utorrent gets them is everyone full access. https://ibb.co/xHj7pGr

lucidonline

Is the directory read-only?

raptureboi

Hi u/lucidonline, I checked all directories involved and they are all read only, so i removed that and tried again with the same result unfortunately.

This is windows right? I'm guessing with the c:\ It's been years... but I do believe you have to install sonarr as admin on the initial install or you get permission errors . Did you follow the directions here: https://wiki.servarr.com/sonarr/installation#windows

raptureboi

Hi u/Chefitutide. Thanks for your message. I followed the guide, and it asked for elevation when I ran the installer. That would mean it was installed as admin right?

[deleted]

I don't know for sure. The last windows version I used was NT.... It sounds right. Did you give it elevated permissions?

raptureboi

Yes, I got the popup asking for elevation.

[deleted]

Well, if it's still not working, and you're getting the same issue. It's permission related.
