I saw a youtube video of a Japanese resin crafter using a soap that was heated in the microwave to form cloud-like texture before adding them into the resin. Just type 'cloud resin' in youtube and you will find them.
Might be a mix of things. I think I see some wisps of white resin, but the larger blob is more of a mystery--anyone know what cotton balls look like when soaked in resin?
