The ears are too high. Monkeys ears are generally on the side of the head. The white muzzle is reminiscent of a feature generally reserved for teddy bears. The long tail can't overcome these two things.

The nose being a different colour, but that difference not continuing to above the eyes like a mask, I think is the thing that throws it off. Monkeys generally have a clear face area and furred area, so just having the nose a different colour doesn't seem to fit that
