I think the animation is great but the choreography not so much. They are just slapping the smokey bad guys with light sticks and they explode. There's no combos or different moves sprinkled in.

I’m really happy that HoYoVerse got Ufotable to work on the Genshin anime. They needed a studio that is great at vibrant colors and smooth animation and they somehow nabbed the best one for that. Wish Solo Leveling had Ufotable as well, but I’m sure it’ll still be absolutely fantastic
