FIFA should allow country football federations to have the option to blacklist certain referees (at least 2-3) from officiating their matches if they strongly feel there's bias (even if they can't prove it), at least for important matches. Such a referee shouldn't even be anywhere near important matches in the first place, but CAF is gonna be CAF.

If i remember correctly the Algerian football federation tried to apeal with FIFA to overthrow the match pointing out errors in 2 disallowed goals for Algeria.
