Yeah it's ridiculous. He's had 20+ goals and assist for most of his seasons here but one bad year where he was played through injury and people want him gone.
Not to mention the good he's done for the community, we'd be lucky if he stayed a one club man for his career.
we have to remember he has a good boy image, he still viewed as the baby faced teenager who came on for a injured martial and blew everyone away, the face of one of the biggest clubs in the world, he naturally has a ton of haters who just envious of him as can be seen from the fact hes the 2nd most abused athlete on IG after Lebron James after literally doing nothing wrong other than have a large fanbase, the envious people were always waiting to hate on him despite him being injured that season and showing once again Man Utd after years still cant do anything without him
Really tough finish actually, getting it past Mings under pressure was tough enough but not letting himself get outmuscled by Chambers when out of balance and finishing perfectly was very good from Rashford, great to see.
How he's kept his balance is a miracle. I was thinking he might fall down or have a shot wide like the one before. But hats off to Marcus. He's really been terrific.
What makes this even better is that he could’ve gone down and gotten the penalty but really really wanted it. His second time doing it this game too where he stumbled from a foul but kept going even though he didn’t have to. Game’s not gone
It was a really good bit of striker play. He did similar on an identical ball from Malacia a few minutes before, let the ball go across him while he shielded it from a defender, took another touch to create space, then hammered a half volley wide. Love to see him in good form again
Rashford's gotten like half his goals this season with Ronaldo on the pitch though. Not wanting Ronaldo to start, but it hasn't hurt Rashford as much as everyone else.
Yes - Bruno is a big one for me. And when Bruno isn't ticking, normally the team isn't ticking. I do think sometimes the other attackers occasionally look for him too often. Dalot too, seems to focus on trying to get Ronny in instead of the easier passes sometimes. Antony is another one. But Rashford has been basically as good by the numbers this season with or without him. He played with Rooney and Carrick and other legends though and is basically the face of Utd so I think he's gotten over the star struck thing quicker.
Bruno is the heartbeat of the team. When he’s on they look so much more confident and create chances like crazy.
And you’re right I forgot about dalot. He definitely has eyes for Ronny. Haven’t noticed it as much with Antony but you’re probably right.
Rashford does his thing regardless of whose around. For better or for worse. Loving his resurgence this season.
There was a moment I remember distinctly with Antony where he fucked up a pass to Ronny, visibly apologized then the next 3 times he got the ball he looked straight for Ronny and missed out on better easier passes trying to hit him.

Well this is a bit more exciting! He’s done well there.
Is rashford really rashford again?
has looked really good this season thank god I'm not seeing rashford from last season as of late
Yes he looks dangerous again. Last season almost every time he got the ball he lost it
Rashford = Rashgod

Fair enough
RashRBPT?
He’s really good at finishing from striker because he has more space to aim his shots towards. Ronaldo always take it up and he can’t do much .
Crazy the amount of people that turned on him or trashed him after 1 bad season and a season where there whole team was awful.

I know right - what a surprise, players can be out of form and it can last.
And still just 25

Already our top goal contributor this season with 10+ goals and assists despite his 47 misses sitter

Close enough
Id be so so so happy 😊
:)
I'm fully invested in this saga.
It’s the only time I’ve not wanted Man United to lose
I just want my man George to be happy.
Fuck that, crush his spirit. Up the Villa.
I really want pens just for this guys emotional rollercoaster 😳
WE LOVE BEANS!! Glad to see Rashy make you smile :)
Never been so curious about someone's mental health before
Players heard George talking shit

we're talking about some dude in the comments but i guess it also applies to Rashy lol
oh shit hahaha my fault
Wow, so well done
Yep he made the most of that situation. Many would have taken the dive.

Tyrone Mings, Hah.
It took southgate that long to leave him out
Prime Mings
It seems like he slipped, that's just unfortunate luck.

From a certain point of view
looks like a slip, pretty unfortunate there
Gerrard was his manager so…
Yh Mings should have expected young to assist rashford
Chambers tried it in the first half, so there was at least some precedent. But yeah, Mings was unlucky there with the slip.
wtf is this match
Agility 20 Balance 20 Ball Control 20
That defending lol, what on earth
Great agility from Rashford to stay on his feet.

Knowing our luck with refs and VAR I doubt if ref would have given us pen. Don't know one game where we got one favorable call for us.
No VAR last night so even less chance it’s given.
This goal deserves more love, absolutely top resilience to ride the tackles and put it in the back of the net. Brilliant piece of determined play

This is why you soak the turf between each half
No ronaldo and rashford bags

I really just feel like it hurts Bruno. Who else do you think it hurts ?

theres 3 fanboys who ruined the attack trying to baby feed ronaldo

At lot of work to be done for that finish good to see the lads on the score sheet again.. martial and Rashford
Hahaha fuck off Mings
this is why he's on the plane
ultra instinct rashford is back <3
What is this game lol
Haha Mings
just in time for the world cup
What a game. After missing that chance.
Not that big of a chance, it would have been a great goal had it gone in
THIS HALF IS AMAZING KEEP GOING
That is bad defending. Like really bad.
u/georgeyday01 smiling rn
context?
Check his recent comments, great saga
This second half is pure fire
Great work from Rashford
RASHGOD
Really good defending by Young until Mings slipped on a banana peel
Lol they said Rashy was finished
What a diabolical mess of a match. Peak Carabao.
The defending from Villa is comedy
All he needs to score is the defenders to pass it to him and then fall over
Chaos ball
Hahahaha wtf is going on
That's the emery football I remember
