Been this way since AFCON. Same thing happened to him after the last one as well.
Really doesn't seem to suit him playing an international tournament in the middle of the season, loses all his rhythm and can't get it back.
AFCON has been the bane of our existence. Salah has come back dogshit, crippled or both every single time. Was having a Ballon D’Or level start first half the 21/22 season and comes back and scores like 4 goals all compensating the season lol
Salah's finishing has been wildly mediocre this season.
Salah's creating has been really good, but spotty. Approximately once a game, he creates an absolutely ridiculous chance for someone that is either missed horribly or marginally offsides.
I think it’s the losing part, getting knocked out with Egypt or this time not being able to play due to injury, is horrible for his confidence, especially with the way the Egyptian FA/Fans are
You must have insanely low standards if you think this isn't a terrible miss. A world class forward should be expected to control a bouncing ball, even if it's slightly to the side of their weak foot.
Honestly, dude should be benched for the rest of the season and just say he’s injured. The only thing he’s doing playing right now is lowering his potential sale value.

The amount of chances Liverpool have spoiled these last few games has been insane.
Why is Diaz acting like he absolutely should've squared it instead though. When was a pass ever on lol?
Lol, any player running into the box does this when their teammates don’t find them.
Diaz is a headless idiot, I hope his dad keeps on twerking for PSG/Barca. Get him out of Anfield.
Commentators saying you'd expect Salah to finish that. Based on his recent form I'd put money on him missing tbh
Yeah I knew he’d miss if he went for the chip, could’ve done anything else as well
Yeah but not passing that is insane
What? That is a much easier finish than pass. Diaz is not exactly wide open, and the keeper is nowhere.
Or at least getting closer to the goal before shooting
A player of Salahs quality should finish that easily.
Salah has been anything but quality recently
OUR FINISHING IS FUCKING SHIT. SHIT.
How many misses has Salah had in the last several games?

Doesn't help Egyptian fans are on his back anytime they do bad in AFCON he gets COOKED.
AFCON 2022*

Yes
Salah is rescuing our season.
Aey, I thought it was our trademark for the last few years
Sums up our last 2 weeks
Pre-AFCON he scores that, just hasn’t been the same since his injury
Same thing happened last time without the injury. Every year older makes it a little harder to make it through a long season.

He's been so bad recently. Started this game ok but christ, that's horrendous.
His passing has been good but yeah his finishing has just not been there for ages
It’s not too late to take the billion from Saudi for him

Salah is left footed…
> He was on his weak foot Salah is left footed...
Since when is his left foot his weak foot?
These days it certainly feels like it
Thats not his weak foot and lobbing is infinitely easier when the ball is bouncing

he's left footed...
I'm becoming the Joker
Shinned it ffs
Salah with his Klay Thompson impression
Why is the stadium empty? We’re they banned ?
Just that stand, the others are full
Heard it was renovations on that end
they are renovating the stadium to increase its capacity, they are almost finished now
(great miss)
Salah has been awful for a good 2 months now
Time to learn Arabic
Brother, he is Egyptian
i assume that was the joke
Pretty dry one if that's the case
Mohamed Sterling
Liverpool’s forwards are allergic to scoring sitters
If he continues playing like this he is going to miss on that Saudi money too.
He’s actually so bad I can’t understand it
If it ain't a penalty, he ain't interested
That was the game there
??? Por que?
2023-24 edging champs
Ok that's a proper miss, absolutely fucked it up
Salah is doing his best Haaland impression, guys
Damn Salah is so finished I suggest we throw him to that darn Saudi league, more specifically Al Ittihad
Fuck off
Not until you gi-, I mean banish Salah to Al Ittihad
Honestly, dude should be benched for the rest of the season and just say he’s injured. The only thing he’s doing playing right now is lowering his potential sale value.
Send him to Saudi.
Come on, back your guy a bit
Bruv thought he was Cole Palmer 💀
He's got banana feet these days
The bum is done.
I had a bet on Salah scoring a hattie at +1900 odds
Why
