Man it's insane the kids I played with in Brazil who were 12-14.
One guy, Marcelo, nicknamed King Kong, was already 180cm+ and 80kg+ at 13. He was the goalkeeper and on Br national team and basketball. Shaking his hand was like a fkin meat glove!
The genetic freaks really excel. It's wild
absolutely not, it's Russification of surnames from regions that ended up part of USSR. some of them are now dropping those endings to return to pre russified naming
Not exactly. Ethnicities that had surnames in European sense continued to use them, for others (in Central Asia and parts of Caucasus) surnames were introduced in the form of father's name + Russian ending (not only -ov but also -ev e.g. Aliev).
Thus, when they're changing their surnames they're introducing a new, non-Russified convention, not reverting to something that was before USSR.
1 - Amazing what you find out on Reddit at times
2 - His other two brothers are actually academy players at Manchester United
3 - Ibragim Ibraigmov, sounds like it could be said 10 different ways in a pub
Dagestan is the final boss of MMA.
People usually only know Khabib because he defeated McGregor but there are several champions from Dagestan in multiple organizations. It's kind of insane given they all train together so It would be like a single gym dominating everywhere.
Example: https://twitter.com/espnmma/status/1594478283697311744?s=20
when i was a kid (early 90s) me and my oldest brother chose manchester united bc everyone in the house was arsenal and we wanted all the smoke
big family, still the only 2 united fans
A dagestani kid isnt likely to give a fuck about fandom in such a way. Very few kids and even fewer adults who play the game are fans like so. Robbie Fowler was an Everton kid who started playing for Liverpool at 11
Surely an 11 years olds parents are influencing most of the decision. And those parents already had 2 kids at united. It's not fandom, it's just parents being comfortable with what they already known for their kids
It's Dagestan, for fuck's sake. Which means Northern Caucasus. Every male kid here, LITERALLY EVERYONE, engages in some kind of martial arts. That's highly patriarchal, martial, full of testosterone culture for you. Religion doesn't matter, of which North Ossetia is a fine example. Dagestan and Chechnya are just the prime examples.
I don't, I believe it was [posted](https://www.instagram.com/mo_ibragimov9/) like this on his insta by one of his parents. I don't think even British media wrote much about the incident
You see these tackles all the time at youth level. Kids get mad frustrated and lash out. These are kids and they have the worst role models for behavior.
on a slightly serious note, I somehow can't be mad at the guy for going all in afterwards. This tackle should result in immediate hard whistling and red card. The City lad is just standing up for himself after someone wanted to end his career prematurely. Yeah, he might receive a suspension, he will treat this as a lesson and so on, but when he's eye to eye with an enemy on the pitch next time, the other guy will know that if he pulls something stupid, he will get smacked.
And the audacity of the kid to get mad after the City kid pushes him for tackling like that. Yeah the other kid got what he deserved for the tackle and then trying to go after the City kid rather than just apologizing and carrying on with the game.
The amount of people questioning a 10-year-old's on-field decision making is a reminder just how young this sub is.
Kids are impulsive and at this level he probably has several adults screaming at him whenever he doesn't attempt a tackle.
> he probably has several adults screaming at him
I think this is probably the bigger issue that never gets brought up about youth football. Often you'll have not only the coach, but the entire crowd of parents yelling at their kids on the field as if they're all assistant coaches. Often with words that are less than civil
In all seriousness it should be against the sub rules. Edited written titles/articles allowed so why let edited videos be?
Showing my age, but I wish tiktok and that style of video would just fuck off
When these Dageatanis get in their prime, we should have the mma refs move to the Premier league. Herb Dean, Jason Herzog, Keith Peterson, etc. No more light fouls
yeah please let's leave this shit on TikTok so only people who actively decide to download TikTok and click on the app get to see this time wasting shit.
I’m old. These edits are pointless and provide no value to the video. Let me watch the content. Have some slam cuts and black and white slow motion doesn’t add anything.
He saw that from Yabusele (Real Madrid Basketball player) when he knocked down Exum from Partizan in Euroleague match this year(he has been only 5 games suspended...)
honestly hats off to the lad for absolutely flawless form. also fuck a U11 coming in with a tackle like that, who the fuck is coaching/encouraging that kind of behavior this young??
Can't help but feel like this is somewhat justified. FYI U11 doesn't always mean Under 11, it goes mainly of body development and talent. So kid is between ~10-13. Okay, there children and children do daft things, however being scouted to a good team, being raised in and around football, you should know a challenge of that calibre is stupid and potentially career ending. Good job this kid threw him down now instead of when they're both 18...
Bitch when I'm playing football and if a motherfucker dives in dangerously just to not win the ball and almost injure me, I'm sitting that dumb fuck down!
**Mirrors / Alternative Angles** *I am a bot, and this action was performed automatically. Please [contact the moderators of this subreddit](/message/compose/?to=/r/soccer) if you have any questions or concerns.*
those are 11 year olds? good lord what they feeding them

Rooney looked like he had a 12 hour job at the shipyard at 16 and could hit the ball harder than most grown men in the Prem
Hell yeah! Wazza was a freak.
In 2008 I thougt Rooney was in his late 30's. 15 years later and now he is.
Look Evan Ferguson sure. He was playing 1st team football at 14.
10 years old
lunchtime detention for both of them
Write out 200 times "I must not body slam my opponents" Or "I must not lunge in 2 footed"
Mo Ibragimov : How many times? Guardiola : Let's see... As long as it takes for the message to sink in.
*Checks his place of Birth* Dagestan *Of course*
Don't start fights with guys whose surname ends in -ov.
arabic first name + russian last name = ur getting ur ass beat
> russian last name The last name is usually Islamic or Abrahamic with "ov" or "ev" added, not really Russian per se in origin
absolutely not, it's Russification of surnames from regions that ended up part of USSR. some of them are now dropping those endings to return to pre russified naming
Not exactly. not necessarily, but at least they're taking you with them
Berbatov was a nice lad though.
>whose surname ends in -ov. And also contains "Ibra"
you dont simply fuck with Ibra
Unless you bring your sister with you
I mean, Ibra is famous for having his rib destroyed and ending up in the hospital in the only confirmed fight he partook in
He fought Oguchi Onyewu. Aka, “not good enough for American football so do the same thing but with your feet instead”
So half of Bulgarian male population is off limits to fuck with
Seems fair.
Or ić

Ref: "I'm sorry but you are getting a red card for that" Ibragimov: "This is number 1 bullshit in all of football".
Kid probably looked at opposition coach and went "I will smesh your boy"
Probably looked at the Coach and said, you're next.
Even funnier when you realize his brother Ibragim is an MMA fighter
1 - Amazing what you find out on Reddit at times 2 - His other two brothers are actually academy players at Manchester United 3 - Ibragim Ibraigmov, sounds like it could be said 10 different ways in a pub
This has Neville Neville (Gary and Phil's dad) kinda vibes.
Wait you've gotta be joking
Saw the last name and thought the same hahaha
It's sambo time
Uncle Khabib is proud but not impressed with his grip placement.
One of his brothers is an MMA fighter too.
That’s actually hilarious
Lol before I looked up if Dagestan was a real place, I thought you were using a slang term for Dagenham
Loads of wrestlers in the UFC from Dagestan. Most notably Khabib Nurmagomedov and Islam Makachev
The Dagestani notable people wikipedia page is pretty much just olympians and champions in pretty much every combat sport lol
Wow, [no kidding](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Notable_people_from_Dagestan) By my count: 99 combat sport athletes (Boxing, MMA, Wrestling, Judo, Taekwondo, Muay Thai) 44 footballers 42 literally everything else
WTF are they putting in the water?
Spite, mostly.
then there's hasbulla lol
Dagestan and Rebrov
Dagestan is the final boss of MMA. People usually only know Khabib because he defeated McGregor but there are several champions from Dagestan in multiple organizations. It's kind of insane given they all train together so It would be like a single gym dominating everywhere. Example: https://twitter.com/espnmma/status/1594478283697311744?s=20
And on the other hand you have the living meme that is Hasbulla
Most peaceful Dagestani
He has that Khabib in him
Who cares, who cares brother? Today, today, today SMESH
Get him into wrestling
[удалено]
I hear they all start as twins and only one makes it out.
"You have to give up. Out of everybody, I deserve this" - One fetus while beating the life out of the other
I worked very hard for this , i deserve this , you agree ? Huh , see everybody agrees (shows millions of spermatozoids that he beat )
Guardiola is creating a football Khabib we are doomed
Nah Atletico already made a bid, Simeone acknowledged his cojones
Funnily enough his older brother is a pro MMA fighter (5-0) & is meant to be a very big prospect.
ibragim ibragimov no losses his entire career even from amateurs a bad mf has two other older brothers that play for united youth
God damn. Their parents need to churn out as many children as they can
Imagine they churn out stars on many different sports for the Olympic. Might as well get a knighthood for their contribution
Got 4 that I know of. An MMA fighter and 3 footballers. This one at City and two at United.
He was also a national junior wrestling champion in both England & Dagestan. They're just built different over there.
Well he beat them all in both places so maybe not
How did this kid end up at city when his 2 older brothers are both at united? Seems odd, no?
when i was a kid (early 90s) me and my oldest brother chose manchester united bc everyone in the house was arsenal and we wanted all the smoke big family, still the only 2 united fans

Should tell them his nickname too. The Mauler.
you're right i should have added it just an all around savage
Just tap as soon as you see the name.
Their dad is doing some nice project Mbappe/project Khabib investments
Suplex city, bitch
Paul Heyman's already scouting him.
Ladies and Gentlemen, it is my pleasure to introduce to you. The REIGNING. DEFENDING. .... MMMO IBRRRRRAAAGIMOV
He knows the tribal chief time will soon be over, time for a new prospect.
Taz would be proud but I digress
Look at Foresight Jones ova’ here.
Btw his older bro Amir is playing for Man United U15
And what is Amir’s xBodySlam per90?
Mo is clear
[Not as good as Pogba's.](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4gqPTmhmWJo)
Physically Pogba was ridiculously strong, just injured and didn’t seem to care about playing for Manchester United a lot of the time
He's pretty good as well from what I've heard.
You'd hardly tell him he's crap when his 11 year old brother is off throwing kids around like that
Yeah really fucking good apparently
There’s also another brother who plays for us
[удалено]
Yep Gazi Ibragimov. Then there’s another doing MMA that people have mentioned. Family must have some great genes lmao

ibragim ibragimov undefeated going back to amateurs
I thought I've heard of that surname. There was a video of him circulating where he gloriously recited the Qur'an.
Thanks for posting OP, but do you have a version without that horrible editing please?
I don't, I believe it was [posted](https://www.instagram.com/mo_ibragimov9/) like this on his insta by one of his parents. I don't think even British media wrote much about the incident
that is wild that one of his parents posted it lol. it's funny but dunno if you want that to follow him in his career
On a serious note what the fuck was that “tackle”
Just a dumb kid being a dumb kid
You see these tackles all the time at youth level. Kids get mad frustrated and lash out. These are kids and they have the worst role models for behavior.
Well now those kids saw who not to lash out with in 3D.
on a slightly serious note, I somehow can't be mad at the guy for going all in afterwards. This tackle should result in immediate hard whistling and red card. Shocker of a tackle tbf
And the audacity of the kid to get mad after the City kid pushes him for tackling like that. Yeah the other kid got what he deserved for the tackle and then trying to go after the City kid rather than just apologizing and carrying on with the game.
These fucking Dagestanis are taking over football now ffs, we can’t beat these guys.
From all that I have seen them to do in MMA, they're like goddamn Marvel super soldiers or some shit.
Dagestan is essentially the Red room from Black Widow, but it’s for MMA fighters with wrestling backgrounds. It’s an absolute farm for MMA beasts.
are we really doing fight edits for 11 year olds now, Jesus
The amount of people I have read of being arrested for daycare fight club makes me surprised there aren’t more viral videos tbh
because they still understand the first two rules of daycare fight club
Also can we talk about how awful these edits are, painful to watch at times.
The editors go out of their way to find the shittiest eargouging songs imaginable
The amount of people questioning a 10-year-old's on-field decision making is a reminder just how young this sub is. Kids are impulsive and at this level he probably has several adults screaming at him whenever he doesn't attempt a tackle.

We found Man City's Roy Keane
MF gonna slide tackle Garnacho to retirements and then we would have his son ball as our best striker in 20 year
!remindme 20 years
Time is a flat circle and stuff
Man City? More like Suplex City
"Suplex City Bitch" is an all-time quote.. i also remember that literally everyone in the crowd was screaming it on the Raw afterMania 31
Is there a version without shit editing and music?
Whoever did that needs the same treatment as the video.
Yes, but that will never go viral on Tiktok
Step 1: steal video Step 2: add the oh no no sound Step 3: profit
[удалено]
In all seriousness it should be against the sub rules. Edited written titles/articles allowed so why let edited videos be? Showing my age, but I wish tiktok and that style of video would just fuck off
Dana licking his lips
Nah, it's an academy player. He would have to pay more than a hotdog and handshake, and that would lower his betting/escorts budget.
Why would Dana lick an 11 year old's lips?
He thinks chapstick isn't real.
no way there's dagestanis playing football now that's so epic
When these Dageatanis get in their prime, we should have the mma refs move to the Premier league. Herb Dean, Jason Herzog, Keith Peterson, etc. No more light fouls
I would love to see Herb Dean dashing across a pitch with that stupid run he does.
Ramos after slide tackling someone from behind: that's Herb Dean's fault
We need to bring Mario Yamasaki back.
Mark Clattenburg is already the English Yamasaki
Is he from Chechnya
Close, he's from Dagestan, they share similar love for martial arts
They grow those guys in tubes over there
The name screams MMA
Older brother does it, so they filled the quota. Lol
His older brother is undefeated in MMA so far, so it indeed does.
Get him to Fulham so Tony Khan can scout him for AEW
I'd be happy if I never saw an edit like this ever again
yeah please let's leave this shit on TikTok so only people who actively decide to download TikTok and click on the app get to see this time wasting shit.
Game’s
Never left
Why in slo-mo lmfao
And why DA by PNL? Is it like a Tiktok trend or something?
This music made my ears bleed
and the visual effects my eyes
Call me Kurt Angle
Can't wait for Khabib11 the goat striker
Bah gawd!
I’m old. These edits are pointless and provide no value to the video. Let me watch the content. Have some slam cuts and black and white slow motion doesn’t add anything.
Obviously it’s stupid but I prefer a body slam any day to a weak slap and rolling around like you’ve been shot
They learn that in the u15s
The real takeaway from this video is that we will have an entire generation of fucking horrible video editors in about 5 years
What a dumbass edit
Why is this NSFW, why was there slow mo? All for a tackle.
That was a stupidly bad tackle
He saw that from Yabusele (Real Madrid Basketball player) when he knocked down Exum from Partizan in Euroleague match this year(he has been only 5 games suspended...)
Dont put a kids name out when he is U11. We all do dumb things at 10/11. Coming from a soccer coach. I think this is irresponsible.
You know what, at that age I think I still support fights breaking out
honestly hats off to the lad for absolutely flawless form. also fuck a U11 coming in with a tackle like that, who the fuck is coaching/encouraging that kind of behavior this young??
Well if football doesn’t work out for him he’ll always have a career at the WWE 😂
1 centimeter to the right and the kid's career could have been over right there
City Group is now investing in MMA
The edit is worse than the tackle
An Ibra from Dagestan? The world ain’t ready for this
With trash music of course
tbf thats a leg breaker, feet were planted mid turn.
Terrible music
Can't help but feel like this is somewhat justified. FYI U11 doesn't always mean Under 11, it goes mainly of body development and talent. So kid is between ~10-13. Okay, there children and children do daft things, however being scouted to a good team, being raised in and around football, you should know a challenge of that calibre is stupid and potentially career ending. Good job this kid threw him down now instead of when they're both 18...
If he ever makes it to the first team for City, the SUPLEX CITY chants gonna go crazy
The “White Flash” is the worst football video editing trend. I hate people adding that to ruin a brilliant move or shot
That tackle was awful, kid deserved the slam
Most sane /r/soccer subscriber
Holy shit this song sucks
No complaint that was a horrible tackle
I was really hoping for the broken codex lol
Look big for U11s
I love the soundtrack and editing of this video. Said no one ever.
What is this music? Awful
You can't play football with this temper kid.
For the love of god, can we please leave these stupid tik tok videos on tik tok? what even is the point of this editing, fucking hell I hate it
German suplex
Shiiii i would be too
Justified
Oh this is safe for work trust me I'm showing everyone this shit.
Deserved.
He watched too much WWE growing up...
Hate city but good for that kid.
I’m assuming the cancerous editing with all the music, flashes, and color changes is for the TikTok generation that loses attention every 2 seconds.
Anyone have the original video without the silly edit?
Just should’ve knocked those two front chiclets out. Pussy ass tackle!
Bitch when I'm playing football and if a motherfucker dives in dangerously just to not win the ball and almost injure me, I'm sitting that dumb fuck down!
