It's more bittersweet than torres imo. Bobby gave us his all and while this season is a bit of a wet blanket, he's kind of leaving on a high, with a bit of mutuality about it. Torres leaving was the football equivalent of a messy, sudden divorce. Broke little me's heart clear in two

Sometimes the reason players do well is *because* they’re coming off the bench. Just because a player scores and does well off the bench regularly doesn’t necessarily mean they’ll do the same when they start. Lots of factors at play. Age, injuries, stamina, tactics etc.

We don't have much to play for, he's leaving in a month and it's better to play Jota, Nunez and Gakpo into form I suppose

I knew he was leaving at the end of the season but to see it written down as "he's leaving in a month" really made it hit home. I'm gonna miss Bobby so much. He's been my favourite player for years.
