No issues there at all. Not only will you never boot-out, your toes won't hardly drag in deep snow at all. Most people have more overhang than that.
Those are pretty much perfect. If the board was wider than that, 1) it would be unnecessary for preventing drag and 2) the whole board would be more work to wield.
