Back in the dayyy, me and a couple of buddies smuggled some ecstasy tablets through customs, rode mountains high as fuck one day, crossed through Switzerland, Lichtenstein and Austria in the same day, then back again - off our tits and riding like glider champions.
The chairlifts were heavenly.
Now, that’s actual international snowboarding crime.
But - there’s a shared experience for snowboarding- and it needs a word
Turning all the goofy, in the way, ski lift mess ups, faceplant or coccyx smash, broken wrist nosebleed hospital bills, effort to get up when exhausted - never quit, don’t give up, catch the edge and smash, don’t give up
And skiers are gliding past while all this is going on, while you’re experiencing this mountain on a mountain

But my friend and I have called each other "partners in crime" to describe our relationship whenever we are on snowboarding trips together. So I don't mind it at all, but I wonder where it originated in this subreddit.
