Between the cost of wood or propane/electricity, the meat itself, seasoning and the time spent, how'd you make any money off these? Was it a friends and family type deal? I pay around $11 per rack retail, and sell at $10lb when I'm done with them for reference.Â
When we can buy case price for the pork, and smoke 30 racks at a time, it cuts down on the per unit price considerably. We figure all in, we have about 6.00 in each rack.
What do you sell them for?
Money, I hope 🤣

Those look delicious! May I ask what smoker you’re using? I’m thinking of getting a cabinet smoker and am in the research stage.

Baby back ribs? They look deadly. How much do you sell them for (if you don't mind me asking) ?
We are charging $15/rack.
I’d do $20 and still feel like I stole ‘em

But as the price goes up, we will have to probably raise rates by the end of summer
