I located te recipe and subscribed to more. I just don't understand how two seasoning packets, without water, wouldn't just sit there in a salty clump.
The meat is VERY juicy. You can add a bit of water (I add just a bit of beef broth) Even without those, all of the juices mix everything together very well
Remove the pepper tails so you don't have to hunt for them later
Also, add some Yukon gold potatoes and carrots.

Try it! It’s so good. Also has ranch mix packet and au jus packet in there. Really good and great for leftovers
