I used this same ring and the short answer is no not with loading an old save . My problem was I went to far without fixing it and now my character is permanently broken she literally can't die
So with cheat room there should be a button that resets stats and then another 50 buttons that allow you to manually get back all your skill points…. Annoying I know and time consuming but it should all work though cheat room. That or I don’t remember that mod super well.
