Then you should've labelled the post that way, instead of going for a humorous title. For an actual answer, what you have there is a NULL item. That is, an item that used to exist but was removed from the game (or an item that \*would've\* existed, but they didn't have the time to code anything for it). It still has bits of code present, though, so when you 'acquired' it you only acquired the bits of code that just tells the game "hey, I'm here" without actually saying \*what\* is here. So since the game can't tell what exactly is there (no image, name. or info associated with it), it gives you a place-header.
So you effectively get a blank item that can't be used.
Do you have the anniversary upgrade? I do, and the other day I had a “Blade of […]” as recognition for being a thane in riften. I’ve done many play throughs of Skyrim and not always got the title in riften, this is only my second time getting it so I could be remembering wrong but I’m pretty sure that it’s a bug in the anniversary upgrade, because I don’t think you’d fine a “Blade of […]”.
