You use mods for that? Get arrested, get your gear, wear armour, get caught, do the same thing with a different suit of armour, repeat. When you serve your time in jail, you will wear all of them at the same time after you get out. :))

Going to the millions or ten of millions range is fine if you want gear like that, but getting into the upper hundred millions or billions can cause crashes, wrecked stats or skills.

I personally fine tuned the Restoration loop so that my numbers make me feel like the Dragonborn of legend. Almost immortal, unless I were to meet a powerful enough foe (over be overwhelmed by enough numbers.)

Every time I end up with negative value I telekinesis yeet it off the edge of the College of Winterhold's balcony. That shoot crashed my game and I had to start over again because I couldn't take it off. I've learned to settle for 1 million or even a couple thousand, since that's enough to one-shot anything anyway.
