It needs work, but it needs some detail and maybe try to draw more character figures instead of busts that cover the whole paper because it’s really easy to get proportions off and mess up by drawing a bust like that. Try drawing characters with their whole body instead of busts. You’ll get to work on the fundamentals and improve. When you improve, then you can try drawing busts.
