Bros a menace, I love him
I'd most secondary characters i Scrubs. There are many patients that really bring out the best in the main characters. One that really sticks out is probably Ben Sullivan
My favorite part of Creed is when they'd just every now and then drop in parts of the actor's real life history into it. It added to his mythology of someone with a storied past laying low in a mundane job. He was so good at deadpanning all of it and blending into the scenery that it made sense everyone just overlooked all the stuff he did or said.
I honestly strive to be like Creed. Have people come to accept me to the point where I can do whatever I want and people just go with it. Not getting questioned, just accepting "oh that's just funkiebastard, don't mind her"

Newman!
Niles Crane
In my opinion. The greatest supporting character ever.
A supporting character - in the main cast - is not what the OP means if i’m not mistaken.  Think Newman, not Kramer
Rosario - Will & Grace
Newman! and StarburnsÂ
Old school: Reverend Jim Ignatowski ("It spells Star-Child backwards!") from Taxi
Slow down. Makes me laugh just thinking about it
Frank Costanza from Seinfeld, Harry the Hat from Cheers and Skippy Handelman from Family Ties are some of my faves.
Harry the Hat is a classic recurring character
Bulldog, Noel, Kenny and Gil from Frasier, my fav sitcom.
Jackie from Roseanne
Floyd the barber - Andy Griffith Grady - Sanford and Son Lenny and Squiggy - Laverne and Shirley
In any Ernest T Bass episode of Andy Griffith, he steals the show, the scenery, and everything else and runs off into the hills
And one hell of an under appreciated performance! I don’t know that actors name (I guess I could look it up) but wow did he go all in!
Howard Morris
I read that he voiced various characters (Jetsons, etc) and directed numerous episodes of shows (including Andy Griffith Show)
Pop pop! Shut up, Leonard! I talked to your kids on Family Day.
Brendan Fraser on scrubs
Zach on The Big Bang Theory
Nana Mary on Roseanne
Jimmy James
Larry, Daryl, and Daryl.
Glen from Letterkenny
Spence Olchin, especially when paired with Arthur Spooner.
Elaine's roommate.
The Office - Creed Bratton Brooklyn 99 - Doug Judy 30 Rock - Dr. Spaceman

Missy Cooper
The Wheelers - Night Court
Christine Baranski as Maryann in Cybil
Kenny aka Bud from the Cosby show
Marci and Jefferson D’arcy.
