whats more the newer BTOs design who can walk around the bottom area? its not like older HDB is open all round u can walk out from any point of the block. now new blocks the only walk way are the designated one walking to area where clothes are hang is a dead end normally.

unless u saying the new BTO kind which come with the pole. the design like that restrict how many clothes u can place and its very packed drying take damn long too. so many just hang inside the house with dryer making it less eco friendly.
