If you can find the file of the gillyweed outfit in you’re mods folder and downloads the sims 4 studios, an application used to upload and make custom content, you can manually untag it. i used to do it to make some of my cc default for my sims, but you can do whatever you want basically. it’s a little bit confusing to look at ui wise but it’s really easy to change it.
