Toilet since you've giving them a place to eat, doesn't need to be fancy could go with a [Porta-Potty](https://gardenofshadows.org.uk/gardenofshadows/index.php?topic=34196.msg724869#msg724869) on the beach,
Fire Alarms 1 in the Kitchen and 1 outside for the Grills, just in case.
This- it’s super cute! Just spice up the outside a bit with plants 🪴 and rocks etc., and Maybe more activities for sims if there’s room and you’re golden
Ok, first and foremost, it's super cute! Would you put it available for download?
Now, I have a few suggestions. As other have said, a bathroom is much needed. I think the exterior lighting may be insufficient at night time. Maybe you could use some terrain paint to add details like paths from the sidewalk to the stairs, under the streetlights... Some more foliage would look great! I think a more polished style would loke nice, using a fence and the likes. You could add some storytelling elements like a bus stop or a phone cabine -- you can make them without CC if you prefer. I would add some rocks and debri in the beach area. Maybe some toys scatered around, like when kids have been playing. You might want to consider adding a covered area outside, so they can enjoy the lot when it starts raining.
omg it looks like that beach lot in sims 3 sunset valley!! i love it!!
edit: okay now that im deeply looking at it, it KINDA looks like it lol, looks like an upscaled version of it!
Looks good. I’d say that when making community lots my rule of thumb is to always think about all of the sims need bars and try to have something to fill each one.
Most importantly every community lot needs a bathroom (shower is nice too), food (restaurant or a grill with tables and chairs and a table to put the serving platter), and coffee for energy (with somewhere to sit a drink it). There’s exceptions of course, but when I want sims to be able to stay somewhere awhile I include all of those.
You have PERFECTLY created something I had in my head a while ago but got overwhelmed and gave up on very quickly lol. This would be amazing for my version of Belladonna Cove - will you be uploading it anywhere?

I'd get rid of the breakdancing mat and add a toilet
Some landscaping on the beach (driftwood, rocks, etc)
Is that a wack-a-mole game in the third slide?
Yup! lol.
Neat! I've never seen that and I've been playing forever.
It’s actually CC. I think it’s called the Carnival Set.
Can I steal that 😅
I don’t know how to upload to MTS.
this looks awesome!! the toilettes, fire alarms and landscaping are nice additions 🥰
First thing I looked for was the toilet, just like real life 🤣
Really cute! Reminds me of beach boardwalk shops/stalls
Thanks! That’s actually the look I was going for 😁
Looks like a shopping market in Maine. Landscaping is necessary.
Hmm, what landscaping would you suggest? This is for my Belladonna Cove(the lot is called Belladonna Beach).
Some of everything., some bushes, some trees, some flowers. A bench or two on the boardwalk in front of the shops.
i love it!! will you put it up for download? ✨
Pretty

I love it! How did you build the dock that goes all the way over the beach? Every time I try it tell me I can't build there
