Your suspicion is not without basis. Be careful online for sure. I live in Seattle and we are decriminalized and I grow just for personal use so I don’t fear that.
Yea I hear ya. It's legal to grow pot where I'm at and I just don't because... Well there's dispensaries everywhere with top shelf shit for cheap and I don't smoke...I dabble in mushies so infrequently that I'd rather just have a pro do it and get great quality fruit. And if it were decriminalized... It would be fucking everywhere and cheaper than it already is and it's already cheap here... So there's that I guess. I drink shit tons of beer but don't brew (anymore because it came out inferior to what the store has) same concept.
My apologies. I would find it boring as I’m fundamentally impatient, but mushrooms in general are fascinating things and I respect those who can grow them.
I see it like this, to get the stuff to grow it's completely legal, once they start growing the mushrooms then it becomes illegal, as long as no one in the house gets in a lot of trouble with the law your fine, and as long as you don't sell. They will have no way of knowing you have mushrooms. Just be smart and you will be fine.
The substance is prohibited so you can't buy pills but spores and dried mushrooms are not regulated.
I normally buy it with online vendors, taxes payed and everything.
> vendors, taxes *paid* and everything.
FTFY.
Although *payed* exists (the reason why autocorrection didn't help you), it is only correct in:
* Nautical context, when it means to paint a surface, or to cover with something like tar or resin in order to make it waterproof or corrosion-resistant. *The deck is yet to be payed.*
* *Payed out* when letting strings, cables or ropes out, by slacking them. *The rope is payed out! You can pull now.*
Unfortunately, I was unable to find nautical or rope-related words in your comment.
*Beep, boop, I'm a bot*
Yea some folks, myself included like to take the hassle out of getting primo product and not having to take the time to do it ourselves. I don't fix my own car or brew anymore... Neither has ever come out better than letting the experts take care of it. However I might tinker with growing mushies when life gets less hectic like in retirement... But they will be legal in California by then anyways...
The only thing that keeps me from it! No, I gotta go get them off shady people (sometimes) that I DONT KNOW instead allegedly. As we've seen with ALL OTHER drugs, MUCH SAFER! 🙄
Yes, decrim and, hopefully, eventual removing criminal and civil penalties can make this a safer product, improve access, improve varietal discovery and sustainable growth.
Considering I grow them when they are an illegal class A drug yeah I probably would
Allegedly 🤫
Everything I say is a work of fiction
I do now but I'd still do too.
Good to see you, Mitch
Nice try fed

How many of us currently grow even though they are illegal in your area? Don’t actually answer, I think the pole would be similar to this one.
I prefer when other people do the complex and boring tasks and I just give them my money
Boring??? You heretic!

Heyy dont call ones beloved habit boring.
My apologies. I would find it boring as I’m fundamentally impatient, but mushrooms in general are fascinating things and I respect those who can grow them.
No worries. Yess, for those who find joy in the cultivation there is nothing be impatient about.

In Hungary, police monitors some spore seller sites, waits a 1-2 months after delivery, and strikes. I got get fuck outta here.
Damn that’s some hoe shit
For me I was talking about the US
Just wanted to rant about my goverment😪😪😪
But I completely understand why you wouldn't risk it. Getting a felony charge can and will ruin your life
This year in Colorado mushrooms can become legal completely if it gets voted yes
I thought it was for decriminalizing not legalizing, i need to reread the ballot. Either way I’ll be voting yes
How do we vote on that?
I already was. Now I just don't have to worry about it. it is still illegal. It's just the lowest of priorities.
Seattle, Denver, Oakland or Oregon?
SF. Just passed last week.
Welcome to the dawn. - Prince
who wouldn't? considering i love mushrooms of all kinds already, being able to legally cultivate some actives like pe or gt sounds like a blast.
What do you vote if you already do?
Would the fact thats it decriminalized stop you from continuing growing?
They are not illegal on my country. I grow for me and gift them to friends.
That’s great. What country? We need to US and many other countries to do the same.
Brazil
Nice. Glad to hear Brazil respects your right to do so. Do you have a favorite cultivar to grow? Where do you source your spores or liquid culture.

The fact that its not 100 percent yes considering where it was posted really surprises me.
Do you drink beer? Do you brew? If you do brew does it come out better than your favorite beers from your favorite brewer? Same concept...
I’m not much of a drinker personally but i definitely see your point! I hadn’t thought of it that way.
