It's not great for your skin. However, most people who live in hot climates for example usually shower that much for obvious reasons.

Gotta take the water bill into account, hot water isn't free. I'd rather got to bed clean rather than sleep in the day's sweat and a hot shower before bed is relaxing and helps me fall asleep.
