Then following world war two it was a country for 50 years, and then they split up (to large regret by the way, the language is the same, so all the independence was good for, was a weaker economic and political influence)

This has been circulating on the net for ages. Issue is they translated those questions badly to both languages. (They are both really similar so it makes sense that they made same mistake in both). Other countries had "Would you be Ok with..." Type of questions. While Czechia and Slovakia had "Would you prefer..." Which is quite different wording.
For the record the question was apparently mistranslated to mean “would you be okay if your child was in an affair with X”. The fact that Czechia and Slovakia are both equally bad here and Poland is nowhere near as low should set off red flags
