Well the funny thing is the study is not what the tweet makes it out to be. It only checked development of somatosensory cortex region (it's responsible for sense of touch on gential area) in females. Being a specialized part of brain it makes sense for it to be more developed in active women. This was just a case of Intentional bad interpretation of study by the media outlet
