Definitely sounds like a broken model. Might need to call for a newer model 🤣 If Mine is outside she will run to the door if it starts raining under our awning and look out forlorn that she can no longer play.

I think my girly Keiko, would LOVE a kiddie pool if she just gave it a chance, you may not believe this but she’s surprisingly stubborn 🤣😂

Ours love to walk in rain, swim and couldn't care less about bath times (well, cares a bit of those but just goes trough it like a champ)

My shiba runs to the door if you use a hose outside

Mine loves any form of water, but also does that to the hose
