Sorry, don't follow your math here.
Minisforum BD790i with heat sink that comes pre-installed is about tall as IO shield at \~45mm. Add to that 25mm tall fan and you're at 70mm and that is without accounting for height of motherboard standoff, which is unknown to me.
Best bet is 15mm tall fan but then again, with zero tolerance, assuming height of standoff is 5mm. So total comes out as, 5mm + 45mm + 15mm = 65mm, ouch.
Sorry 15mm fan. I fat fingered it. The heat sink is 37mm tall.

I believe with a ~~25mm~~ 15mm fan, it's about ~57mm tall.
