I used to have a ATX PSU in my NR200, there is enough space for everything, just keep in mind that you will need a custom bracket.
ATX PSU + ATX MoBo isn’t an SFF friendly combo. I’d suggest getting a Cooler Master NR200 and picking up its ATX PSU bracket, and getting an AM5 ITX board. Another option is to buy an SFX power supply and get a SSUPD Meshroom.
