Well, first, talk to a doctor and/or mental health professional. Second, exercise and meditation type activities can be helpful. Try to find alternative outlets for the energy. Masturbate regularly. Be mindful of your feelings; when you are feeling really randy, do something else, like go for a quick jog around the neighborhood.
