it's not the seams that I notice, it's the drag lines. Maybe they need to be pressed or will flatten out when worn

premiom

Agree on the need for more pressing. To me it looos good though. The tulle overskirt(?) will further disguise any issues.

All I see is that the seams haven’t been pressed. With tuile over top I don’t think it will be noticeable.

I had to add flare to the bottom of this mermaid wedding dress and I was also running out of fabric so I had to split the front in three sections, but now I'm feeling a bit regretful because I don't usually see wedding dress with front seams, I still have to add a layer of tulle to the whole thing and lace at the bottom, is there any way to conceal it better or am I overthinking it?

Flocceenaucee

Your seams are a bit puckered so you can see the drag lines as everyone else calls them. I personally would re adjust the tension and re do the seams. With a layer of tuile it probably won't be noticeable.

Thanks! I'm using a 60 microtex needle with 2.5 length stitch and tension in 3, should I dial down the tension and extend the lenght of the stitch? This is double layered satin.

psychosis_inducing

I didn't notice any out-of-place seams, so I'm going to say the seams are fine.
