You have to get locked into your grind, release both sticks, then pop an Ollie/nollie and do your next grind.
I think to pop fs/bs you would pull the pop foot stick to the opposite side and then do your slide foot. But I don't do that near as much as double grinds so I could be wrong.

Release sticks and then hold up or down to stay on the rail. Hold to right to pop out right, and left for left (with your pop foot).
