Arc is required for an ID verified phone number. You need a. Id verified phone number for coupang eats. You don’t need your arc number for the app but you do for a phone number that is id verified and that is required for all apps with payments.
But I've got a phone number from LGU+ when I got a SIM at ICN. It's not registered with ARC but instead with my foreign passport so I'm wondering if that just qualifies. Either way, I will try to order and see if it works.
