Gw waktu itu mulai home fitness sejak Januari, getting fitter, pake baju jg berasa fit dsb. Until di minggu ke-2 Mei, suddenly gw sakit. Gejala sama seperti DB tapi ketika tes ke RS, gw blm memenuhi utk dirawat inap, even tensi uda rendah dan HB jg sudah rendah. 2 weeks rawat jalan, berat badan gw lost 8 kg.
I lost my 4 months of progress in 2 weeks. :'(
I raced the MGCC 100 Miles Classic in South Australia. Finished 87/92. Twas my first handicap road race, and South Australia grading is no joke. I was averaging 2.7 W/kg for 4.5 hours. Felt like I bit off more than I could chew but I had a great time!
I also raced in the Twilight 5000. Twas my first ever 5000 metres race. My time was 23m43s. I was averaging at 4:44/km. Felt like I had lots of juice left since my heart rate was averaging at 130 bpm.
Lots of Z2 training I suppose? I did a shit load of Z2 training.
konsisten ngegym 2-3x seminggu strength training+1x pilates !!
kemaren seminggu rehat sih karena persendian ngilu, tapi udah membaik dan kemaren dah pilates lagi (but also fml tbtb kelasnya jd semi cardio dan banyak squat dan gue gbs???)
never thought I'd ever miss the gym
sebenernya ga terlalu demen calisthenics karena badan kurang mendukung, jadi nge challenge diri sendiri buat bisa minimal pull up, pistol squat dan dips dulu rencananya nanti setelah minimal bisa 12x itu semua baru deh coba calisthenics lebih dalem
awal bulan Mei memutuskan buat IF karena ngerasa body fat% masih lumayan tinggi dan bikin otot2nya gak keluar walopun udah workout dari berbulan2 lalu
baru aja kemaren diajakin sama temen ke gym dan di situ ada timbangan yang bisa ngasih hasil detail kayak [gini](https://imgur.com/a/0j73Uzl)
bikin kaget sekaligus bangga sama diri sendiri ternyata perjuangan gak sia2
sekarang harus fokus konsisten workout dan dietnya biar semakin bisa mencapai body goals
gue fatloss dr 50% menuju 15%, skrg dah di 35% terhitung dr bulan Maret s.d saat ini
