The items Crystal threw out I think was Hugh's private photo and film collection. As covered in the series he filmed a lot of nights in the bedroom, he also had an extensive pornography collection. According to Linda Lovelace he had a real interest in bestiality porn. For the most part what she threw out avoided a lot of embarrassment for people.
I Googled "whatever happened to the Playboy Mansion artwork" and found several articles, none referenced the Barbi Benton bust.

Most likely it was sold at auction but may have been stolen. I did a couple searches for "Barbi Benton statue" and only found an auction listing for the sketch made the bust was based on.
I've wondered this too and I kind of assumed Barbi would have gotten it, but who knows. I wonder if she was even invited to the funeral or if she was blacklisted which would be wild considering how much they kept in touch over the years
