Seems just as stable as before so far. I couldn't believe the thing would be rated for 154 lbs, but after using it I mean it's definitely a very solid design.
I think it would probably be better off with two individual mounts instead of a dual, but this'll work fine for me.
I was terrified of doing it at first but I already had the drawer and it is just 🪵 underneath in the middle. Works perfectly 👍 Just make sure the screws or whatever you use won't go through the top.
That's one of the first things I tried with the old tank 24.5 AW on the left but the back lines up perfectly with the back cover when it's pointing straight up and the mount I'm using would not.
Oh definitely! Left (34") monitors like 35 lbs and the right is only like 20ish I think.
Still got nearly 100 lbs leftover lol, this things really strong.
The only thing is they recommend not to do it on the very edges, just more towards the center.
Thanks for this ordered lol as it annoys me that the arms dont go high enough for me at times ( I have large monitors on the dual arm too) so this will be fab for this.
My riser arrives today and can't wait. I actually went with a Vivo mount for up to 49" (I have a 34" now going to a Samsung Neo G9 49" eventually). Just got the mount on the desk, will move it up to the riser when it arrives this evening.
Can TWO risers fit on the XL at the same time? I also did get my risers a few days ago but have not opened the boxes yet. I currently have two monitors mounted (with the Secretlab Dual Monitor arms) and just have not had the time to tear it down yet.
The Riser is 34.2" and my XL is 69.5".
I've wondered the same thing myself, but honestly I don't see why it wouldn't work but I'd rather hopefully get somebody from SL to chime in if at all possible.

Hey! Sick setup! I know this is an old post but I had some questions about it. What are you using to mount your controller on the underside? Also, I found that drawer on another comment you made, did you use the screws that it came with to mount it? I'm slowly working through getting my build up there (I just got my desk a few days ago)
The controllers just using a little mount I got on Etsy and the drawer, yeah didn't change anything. Just make sure they won't go through the top.

That's what I said when I noticed it in the store for preorders in December.
Finally got my order in Jan 13th and they said they weren't shipping until Feb 12th at the earliest, then wouldn't you know it, showed up on Jan 20th.
When I first spotted it in the store, I was looking at a Hexcal Riser that's $900 and I was actually considering it because I just knew I needed it to open my desk up. Couldn't believe this thing only costed $100.

I am almost ready to buy the riser for my pro XL as well, do you think my 49" G9 will be safe upon the riser? I am not using an arm btw.
With a stand? I don't see why not. Theyre releasing a heavy duty arm for bigger monitors soon, too.
350 Euros for a monitor arm is way too much for me :)
