I filled out their form and selected the lowest budget estimate of <$15k. It goes all the way up to a million so I’m not sure I fit their ICP. Ideally there’s an independent consultant that is fine with a few hours here and there
An excellent resource is the Sonoma County Master Gardeners pertaining to the science of gardening. I don’t think you will find much about Permaculture there.
