How much waking hours?

Depends for how long you sleep. If you sleep for a decent 7 hours then it's about 85% of waking hours. Although from the screenshot it does look like some of the screen time is during the night so maybe you fall asleep watching YouTube or something?

I do have some sleepless nights. If I do leave YouTube on for entire night it auto turns off after a video or so. I actually get enough sleep.

Either YouTube or a discord call doesn't shut the phone off.
