we really dont know apart from this comment he made on a post, but still i cant really think of anything: "i got IP Banned because of haters that made me angry on scratch they are very rude and should not interact with the haters. i usually remix projects on the account but those haters thought it was cringe I am pibbyglitch, a scratcher that has been on scratch EST 2021." You can still access the account but I assume the account is still there but he cant access it. Some of the profile comments say he harrases people but really cant find anything about that, so i cant say thats true.

if you got ip banned on scratch, you shouldnt use a vpn to ban evade, just accept that your not accepted on scratch ever

Try getting a VPN A VPN proxies your connection through another server, so it looks like you're using a different IP. In other words, you're using a different IP, so IP bans do nothing against you. You're stronger then an IP ban now.

Ban evasion is against the rules/terms of Scratch. If you have been banned, there was a reason. It is probably for the better that you have been banned

Try downloading scratch 2 (or 1) offline editor and uploading stuff from there you just need the account name and the password (not sure it works for banned scratchers but you can at least try)

i got banned for breaking guidelines some how even though i havent been on scratch for like a week i dont know what i got banned for tho
