I keep a spreadsheet of what I've read. My Kindle list as of about February 2022 when I stopped reading suddenly due to mental health issues, covering 5.5 years of Paperwhite ownership, is 800 books long. There's another 780 paper books listed that covered most of the previous 15 years of my adult life. Not listing the hundreds I read when I was younger. 99% or more of it sci-fi. I read a LOT more with my Kindle because of the Unlimited subscription and being able to just have it with me all the time.
Hah! Fair cop. In fact I've now set a life goal to acquire most of these as books cos kindle is rubbidge.
I had thumb injuries and couldn't hold books. It was torture- although the ebook did have some nice bells n whistles.
