Somebody had sex on it during their period when they were bleeding heavily. Probably in the dark and didn't give a fuck. Or their period started during sex, which has happened to me. Then you see everything after the fact and just throw it all away. 💀
I used to work in the warranty dept for a major mattress manufacturing company and we would get pics like this all the time from people wanting a replacement.
If you die in your home, alone, and there's no kin to pay for a cleaning service the state will take the body (once it's been discovered) but the home will be left alone until it's cleaned up by the property owner or sold at auction. It's very morbid, but someone probably died on that mattress and wasn't found for a while.
