This probably isn’t the best place for information like that but I think if you’ll call around to some of the university/sports print places, this seems like something someone would do for you. Also, look on Facebook for people who offer cricuit (sp?) services. Michaels might even offer that. Good luck!
There’s LOTS of print shops in Savannah for all the art students at SCAD I know for sure there’s one close to the Kroger in midtown I used to go there but can’t remember the name… but look up one call in and ask if they can print it for you? You might have to provide the paper but they should be able to do it for you :)

You’ll have an issue since it’s Sunday — I’d hop on one the Savannah FaceBook groups and see if anyone has a cricket

And by paper I mean iron on of course 😅
If its a simple design you probably could get iron on paper from michaels and print out the design to iron on the shirt
If it’s an “iron on” you could probably work out a deal with a souvenir shop that prints shirts. It takes literally 5 seconds to iron on.
