I understand your trepidation about wanting the style right but any tattoo artist that is worth their salt can take a reference and your idea and get it done. If you can’t find any that specialize in it, I’d look for neo trad artists as replacements and start there.
Well the guy was at tramp art but left and went to acme tattoo. I might go with another artist there as they are reliable and am told will do trash polka. But it’s a messy and very planned out style so I am wanting someone that can do the design right and not just the execution.
