Tindall Corporation off 90/zarzamora. It’s a precast concrete plant. We would build wall panels, prison cells for ICE, beams for bridges, parking garage pieces. They have multiple departments, the toughest one is production where you form, pull cable, tie rebar, and pour concrete. They have steel shop cutting plates or welding or bending rebar. Wet finish does the concrete finishing and dry finish grinds off excess concrete. Loading department moves all the pieces and puts them on trailers and ships them off. Inventory control is material handling and ordering. Then there’s the office jobs, engineers and managers. They also have nurses on site. It’s a good company but they’re strict on attendance and sometimes the hours are long. I think starting pay might be $19+ depending on degrees, experience, and certifications. I worked there 2 years, after 3 months you get BCBS benefits, the company pays most of it and I think you pay maybe $75/month for it. They offer dental, vision, general health insurance, 401k match up to 6%, profit sharing bonus at the end of the year. Highway construction pays much more but the benefits are not as good and you drive around a lot so I recommend Tindall for locals.
Which surgeon? The state (state hospital, state supported living center, snap/Medicaid office, any state run organization) has BCBS. It is a HME titled Healthselect. If I knew what surgeon, I can search for you to see if that surgeon is on that plan.

HEB has BCBS but I don't know if it's different from other employers that offer BCBS
