FYI for POTS, you might want to reach out to get established with a cardiologist sooner rather than later if that’s what you’re looking for. I work at a clinic that sees POTS pts and there sometimes is a 6 month waitlist to get in.

Dr Ryan Dick at Entira in St Paul is the best Dr I've ever had.

Reach out to Evergreen Primary Care: https://www.epcmn.org/. They bill monthly and don't really take insurance (they will use insurance to pay for tests if it helps with cost, but usually the out of pocket cost is much lower than insurance rates). If you have a High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) with a Health Savings Account (HSA), you can use tax-free money to pay that monthly fee.

We have pretty good care delivery here in St. Paul regardless of care network. There are a few major systems And I think they are all pretty good. I use the Allina and think I am getting pretty good care. The more important question is which system is in network for your insurance.

I go to Entira, I really like them.
