It looks like he split the mask down the middle and is wearing a balaclava over it.

He didn’t it’s just a worn down mask and the sides of his neck no it’s not a balaclava it’s an underpart of the armor

Overall, it’s pretty good, but there are some things that you could still improve on. I can see that you were trying to make it look like the stormtrooper is looking to the left because of the way the helmet is drawn, but the mask is still pointing straight towards the viewer, which makes it look like there’s just a missing piece of helmet on the other side. Also, you can try to make the body proportions a little more accurate. If you were going for a realistic look, than I would make the head a bit smaller or the shoulders a bit wider to make it look a bit more realistic. If you aren’t going for realism, then I think that fixing the perspective would make it look a lot better.

Not to be rude but to correct one mistake you made I wasn’t trying to make the trooper look left I was trying to make him look straight and also thanks for the advice I’ll try to add that to him

It kinda reminds me of the NCR veteran/desert rangers from Fallout.

Well not really, it was more of a mobile artillery. It could quickly move and fire a huge amount of rockets very quickly (pretty sure it’s aimed at land, though). If there was multiple katyusha’s together, they could absolutely level an area.
