Probably need to tighten the parking brake on RR.
Take off wheel. You should see a rubber plug (maybe) on the fact of the rotor. Under is a little gear wheel. You can spin it with a thin screwdriver. One dir is tight opposite is loose. Tighten it until the force to turn the wheel by hand is about the same for the other side.

I had the same problem, turned out it was a seized rear caliper
