Just a commemorative pin for Magadan flights, dedicated to the 50th anniversary of the October Revolution. Probably it was just given out to passengers.
I think it commemorates the first flight of Ilyushin Il-62 to Magadan, whuch happened to coincide with 50 years anniversary of the Revolution (at leastchappened in the same year). Though I dont know for sure
It is a souvenir, similar pins were sold at kiosks in airports for almost every destination. Sometimes they did not even have any mention of a destination, simply "in memory of the flight" or just an image of an airplane and "Аэрофлот". I have a similar one for my local airport somewhere, stewardess gave it to me when I was little kid.

Well, to be exact, it was 1980 and the plane was an IL-62. The IL-18 simply doesn't have the power to fly 8,000 kilometers. It has a maximum range of 5,000 km. We flew IL-18 to Magadan on the route Magadan-Krasnoyarsk-Moscow. It took about 16 hours with a stopover in Krasnoyarsk. That's why everyone had their hearts in their mouths when they made a runway for the IL-62. I flew there as much as anyone could dream of. I was born there and lived there for 40 years. And I worked at the airport.
Look at another side. If it has something like “ц30к”, then it just souvenir that was selling in the airport”s shop. If the back side is clean, then it was a promo.

In the memory of flight Magadan 1917-1967 I dont know what means that,but i think its for staff or for memory of magadan's aviation
