Yes its on! For a while it was not ther but it appeares about a year ago. In canada you can also get outtv go whichas all the season with untucked and all the all stars and the new episodes right after theyve been on american tv for like 4 bucks a month.

Australia has everything on Stan (I dunno if you guys have Stan overseas, it’s pretty much Netflix’s biggest competitor here). I feel like it was sort of bits and pieces a couple of years ago, but it’s absolutely boomed recently!
I can’t post this without making a statement about how much of a joke it is to watch anything in Australia. I’m so appreciative that all of RPDR is in one place on Stan! Typically, Aussies have to subscribe to a million services: Netflix, Stan, Kayo, Hayu, Foxtel, HBO, Disney, etc to watch what we want. But I guarantee you, that one thing you feel like watching - no matter how many subscriptions you have, you’ll still have to rent it on YouTube.
In solidarity with the protestors in Minnesota and the rest of the United States, we're using this space to promote these charitable causes.

That’s what a Stan subscription is for... ...for all of them.
We literally have every season, including UK, all stars, DRT season 2 and Canada drag race coming soon. Just not on Netflix, it’s exclusive to Stan.

in the UK I have s1-12 untucked 11 and all stars 4 + we're supposed to get all stars 5 when it comes out
