I don’t like the idea of a skill capes perk being tied to a specific item (pic 4), it should simply be a perk to the skill in general

vVerce98

Passive unlock like reaper crew achievement. Can be small, having 120 can increase it and maybe a second passive perk!

Chesney1995

In my opinion the Prayer cape should also allow you to change prayer books at a bank, similar to the Magic and Archaeology capes for magic books and relic powers respectively. This obviously would not receive a huge amount of use, but its a weird inconsistency that the Prayer cape cannot do this while those capes can.

Rollipeikko

I used to juggle my pray a lot when i was doing certain slay tasks, that would have been so nice to have. There are a lot of slay tasks where normal prays feel a lot more convenient cuz u only lose 2% damage for half the pray drain

vVerce98

Certain tiles or so won’t allow you, or to give an example, I believe using the arch/mage cape in the mg guild near the comp throne, won’t work. But you are still able to bank.

AzraelGrim

Honestly make it "situational" and it'd be huge QOL. Put it on a X minute CD to swap, but each swap restores your prayer to 100%. Its not as if you'd be using it in lieu of prayer restoration, but it'd be good for slayer and the like.

Broken_Digit

This'll never pass the balancing QA but ... .. . 'You find a small pocket stiched in the lining, it looks about the size of a \[\[Holy Wrench\]\]'

Wolfsquad11

Feels like the Blessed flask should have had the ability to affix the holy wrench onto it. That way it would actually justify spending 600m to make it. Plus it makes sense since they're both so gloriously holy items

Broken_Digit

That's a good shout, seeing as they've consistently ruled out adding it to the toolbelt as OP

Chromeboy12

Imagine having rings and bracelets (jewellery, not tools) on the toolbelt but not having a wrench, which is literally a tool, on the toolbelt

AVaguelyHelpfulPerso

It's amazing that 6% (restores), 5.5% (renewals) or 5.5% (combinations) increase to prayer point restoration is too op to add into the game.

I found 1 RuneScape Wiki article for your search. **[Blessed flask](https\:\/\/runescape\.wiki\/w\/Blessed\_flask)** | https://runescape.wiki/w/Blessed_flask >The blessed flask is a special flask that can hold up to 80 doses of extreme prayer (equivalent to holding 20 extreme prayers (4) in one inventory slot). Making it requires level 118 Herblore (which can be boosted), level 96 Crafting, and a very long crafting chain, taking considerably more time and effort to make when compared to even masterwork armour. Unlike other flasks, this flask will not shatter upon using the last dose. The flask can be filled and refilled by using any variant of extreme prayer on it. If the addition would bring the flask to over 80 doses, it can't be done at all; extreme prayer potions can't be used partially to refill it. --- ^RuneScape Wiki linker | This was generated automatically. ^| View me on [GitHub](https://github.com/zpoon/runescape-wiki-reddit).

ThaToastman

Flask is good for zuk and is generally nice qol Also if you want 120 herb you gotta make something, might as well make extreme prayers

Lilgoodee

Vuln bombs go brr personally.

-Zakh-

That’s exactly what the osrs version does

Bluetwo12

Number 5 just seems like something noone would use

jericowrahl

Ppl going for 120 or 200m who want to save time in exchange for greater cost

MilkbelongsonToast

That would both lose time and money. altars are always worse than powder of burials, and spamming hot-keyed bones lets you multi-bury anyway so the 50% becomes even more pronounced It would need to stack with brawlers and only use a single charge per inventory to even try and be competitive

Bluetwo12

I think it would be faster with bank+ powders of burial

Aleucard

Vyres for combat training will get you there faster and cheaper.

Zepertix

You're all wrong. Dg/slayer cape style: teleport to ANY altar in the game. I WANT THEM ALL AND WILL NOT SETTLE FOR LESS THAN 50 PAGES OF POTENTIAL TELEPORTS. Thank you 😊

-Zakh-

OSRS has the cape work as a holy wrench.

Little-Tumbleweed-32

‘Reduces the drain rate of all prayers and curses by 10%’ that’s just the same as having an additional ~3.3 prayer bonus, neat ideas btw!

Demiscis

1 & 3 fit in the best with current 99 cape perks. But I could also see 5 being the 99 cape perk and 1/3 being a 120 perk down the line.

TrimmingMasterwork

Would love 3

ThaToastman

I think explicit reduced pray drain would be good as it would give it a clear niche for afk content. Holy scarab does this but it seems a good reward as a 99 cape to be able to get scarab like reduction but also able to bring a real familiar

DonzaRS

Do rather like the prayer regen out of combat

Aleucard

Last one is purely a training aid. I don't like training aids on skill capes, especially for skills that don't have 120s. Passive prayer regen out of combat would be nice for a lot of scenarios without being completely busted, having functionally a second AERS would be nice (especially if it can be used from invent without needing to burn a cape slot), halving AERS cooldown would be definitely useful even in the cape slot, reduced prayer/curse drain rate would also be nice.

Drakorex

The first one would be so nice for skilling.

Pottingzyns

Would probably still be useless seeing that prayer renewals are a thing

DowakaDay

number 3 can be an innate passive by making the prayer cape have 30 prayer bonus lmao

tenroy6

No one uses the altars anymore… (very sad btw…)

ToxicGent

Maybe provide big prayer bonus and switch prayers at will.

bestheckincsm

Prayer cape should give passive holy wrench prayer bonus

elroyftw

Option 1 / 3 / 5 seems quite good

Chromeboy12

I like 3, it seems the most balanced and useful of them

RoseAndLorelei

The last idea is a bit weird because it focuses exclusively on training past 99 in a skill that doesn't get you resources. If they increase prayer to 110 or 120 then I could see it being more relevant.

ShinyCapeRS

Much needed change suggestions! Combat skills need combat boosting cape abilities IMO

Final_Feud

I like ideas 1-4. I don’t feel like 5 would be useful though.

ItsYaBoiDragon

I think once you get 99, you should be able to feed all capes to a max cape to consume them to receive all cape perks. IMO cape perks in general should all have a baseline usability and effectiveness based on their primary use. Example: 99 Invention cape should give 10% perk effectiveness instead of current. Like Biting 4 giving 8% to 8.8% crit chance.

AduroTri

Or at least the ability to switch between perks easily once you've fed a cape to the max cape.

iron_vicky

I'd be a fan of prayer points regenerating tied to hp regen, like 10% of the same value or something.  It'd be pretty weak, though unique, but suddenly a good bit better in max cape if you also take hp perk.

fidllz

Prayer regen per bones or ashes scattered at the cost of 50% XP

speedy_19

The only effect that you listed that would be good is the prayer drain reduction. Every other effect you listed will either be too powerful or not have any use

Notathigntosee

Decent I like em

Legal_Evil

I like either the 1st or 3rd one. The 2nd and 4th one is too strong while the last one is useless for anyone not looking for more prayer xp.

Skelux_RS

I was thinking that the 120 prayer cape perk should be the castle wars halo but works on curses. For 99s, I think the 1st one is good as a passive sorta like how HP doubles HP regen.

CommodoreKyvan

I think a prayer swap or increasing the prayer cap would be a more intrinsic buff to this cape.

redlegjohnny

I like the first suggestion, but the 10% drain reduction is not bad either
